Welcome Chaplain Keith Clary!


Signature HealthCARE of Fayette County is so excited to introduce our new Chaplain, Keith Clary.

Keith is originally from Grove City, Ohio and moved to Washington Court House,Ohio. For the past 20 years ago, he has served as the pastor at New Breath Assembly of God, where he was schooled and ordained. In 2004, he started an independent nondenominational church called Unity Fellowship Church. After earning his Bachelors degree from Southern Ohio School of Ministry in 2011, he joined Hospice of Fayette County as chaplain. Keith serves the Fayette County community in many ways: serving on our facility’s National Day of Prayer committee for 12 years, serving the Fayette pastoral community group, Hospice sponsored Hearts for the Holidays, Revive Ohio, and serving as the Senior Pastor of Unity Fellowship Churrh. He and his wife Brenda have called Fayette County home for 20 years.

Holly Jolly Resident Christmas party

Christmas for our residents, ended up being a big hit! Thank you very much for the families, kids and staff who came and helped make this Christmas a joyful one.
Residents had a fun filled day, decorating cookies and they even had a special someone come visit them….
We hope everyone out there had a WONDERFUL and BLESSED Christmas!

Christmas 2017 Staff Fun!


Wow, has this Christmas season flown by or what? Here at SHC of Fayette, we celebrated Christmas, with lots of Christmas cheer! We all wore our ugly sweaters on Thursday the 21st and held a holiday number game for the staff.

Halloween 2017

This time of year our facility is hoppin…with lots and lots of events and outings for our residents. You can be sure to know that we keep our residents busy with fun!
But we gotta say, hands down, our Halloween trick-or-treat was a HIT. With 200+ trick-or-treaters, I’d say we all had a blast. If you couldn’t make it out, definitely stop by next year.

In honor of our Veteran’s

In honor of Veterans Day, on Friday November 10th, we presented each of our facility Veterans with a certificate of appreciation. Each of them we grinning from ear to ear and were able to speak on the branch of service they served in and how many years. It was great to see the appreciation our staff and residents showed each one of them.

Barb Haggard was in the last class of the Women’s Army Corp and served 2 years and 4 months.
Vern Munk served 12 years in the Army.
Dennis Sewards served 2 years in the Marines.
Paul Williams served 3 years in the Army.
William Driscoll served 8 years in the Air Force.
