Every year Signature HealthCARE of Fayette has a turkey come & roam the facility for the day. Unfortunately, this year we were unable to get a live turkey, so we improvised! As you can see, our residents had an amazing time, & they thoroughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving fun to say the least!
